You aren't getting a large number of Arnorians to go live there and trying to force a culture shift isn't easy without a large number of folks. its not how hard it is to reach the Summer Islands its what then? The culture of the SI doesn't lend itself to being comfortable to the Average Arnorian. I'm not sure if the Mainlanders are ready to have feather wearing bankers among the high nobility.Ĥ) As to difficulty in getting there.
